Before You Enter
The Embodiment Laboratory™ is a six-month group container designed to support reflection, embodied practice, and personal exploration within a shared community space. Before completing your enrollment, please read the following:
This space may fit when:
- Something meaningful is changing or reorganizing.
- You are willing to notice and participate rather than passively consume.
- You want support without surrendering responsibility for your choices.
- You can engage in a group environment with respect for other participants.
- You understand that the work offers orientation and practice, not guaranteed outcomes.
This space is not:
- One-to-one coaching
- Crisis or emergency support
- A rigid step-by-step solution
- A promise of a specific result or timeline
- A passive library requiring no participation
This is not an application. It is informed self-selection.
Enrollment is open. There is no application or approval process. The Orientation Field can help you recognize what is most active now and explore how the Laboratory supports that territory. From there, you decide whether the six-month container matches the kind of support you need. Joining is a self-directed choice. Before enrolling, review what the space includes, what participation asks of you, and what the Laboratory is not designed to provide.
What to Expect
Six months (180 days) from your enrollment date.
Immediate. Your login and full library access are available as soon as enrollment is complete.
The living practice and resource library, one monthly online gathering, the private Heartbeat community, and the Where Am I? workbook.
$2,400 paid in full, or $1,300 at enrollment and $1,300 at month three.
All sales are final and non-refundable. Immediate access to the library and community constitutes full delivery of the program.
This is how the Laboratory is held.
- Support is delivered through scheduled live group sessions, not private coaching or individual access to Ninna Amora outside those sessions.
- Questions for live calls are submitted at least 24 hours in advance through Heartbeat. Not every question receives a direct response. Reflection and discernment are part of the practice.
- Live calls take place in a shared space. Attend from a private location where you cannot be overheard.
- Sessions are recorded and members may appear on camera. Recordings are stored in Heartbeat for active members only, available if you cannot attend live, and will not be used publicly without your explicit consent.
- The container includes six months of access to the community and resource library. Access ends at the end of the term unless you re-enroll.
- Because you receive immediate access to the full library and community, all sales are final and non-refundable.
- You are responsible for your own pace, participation, discernment, and well-being throughout this experience.
A note on the nature of this work
Transformational and embodiment-based work can open things. It can also unsettle them. You may move through periods of discomfort, irritability, disorientation, or a sense that familiar structures are shifting. Functioning well up to this point is not evidence that everything here already fits. This is not a sign that something is wrong. It is often a sign that something is moving.

This container is designed to help you orient through that. The framework, the sessions, and the community exist to support you in understanding where you are inside the change, not to protect you from experiencing it.
If you are currently in an acute mental health crisis or feel you need consistent individual therapeutic support, this container may not be the right fit at this time. Trust your own discernment here.
