These Terms apply to anyone visiting, using, or purchasing from ninnaamora.com. If you enroll in the Embodiment Laboratory Membership through Heartbeat, separate Terms of Service apply to that container and will be presented to you at checkout. 

2. PRODUCTS, SERVICES & PURCHASES 

All products and services sold through this website are offered digitally or by appointment. Upon completing your purchase you will receive immediate access to, delivery of, or confirmation of your product or service. Because of this immediate access and delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please read product and service descriptions carefully before purchasing. 

You agree to provide accurate information at checkout and to be financially responsible for all purchases made through this site. 

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

All content on this website, including but not limited to written materials, frameworks, worksheets, audio, video, graphics, course content, and the Embodied Evolution Practice (EEP), is the original and proprietary intellectual property of Ninna Amora and is protected by copyright law. 

By purchasing a digital product or service, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. This license does not permit: 

  • Reproducing, copying, or sharing any materials in whole or in part 

  • Reselling, sublicensing, or distributing any content 

  • Teaching, repackaging, or presenting this content or methodology as your own

  • Creating derivative works, programs, or offerings based on this content 

  • Uploading or submitting any materials into any AI tool, language model, or automated system for any purpose

Both parties agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the concern directly before pursuing further action. If the concern cannot be resolved directly, disputes may be handled through mediation, small-claims court, or appropriate legal proceedings in San Mateo County, California, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If you are accessing or purchasing from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
