  • Name, email address, and phone number submitted through the membership application via FormFlow.io

  • Payment information submitted at checkout, processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details directly.

  • Email address submitted through newsletter sign-up forms on the website, managed through Mailchimp

  • Usage and activity data within the Heartbeat platform, including session attendance and community participation

  • Website analytics data collected by Squarespace, including page views, visit duration, and general visitor behavior

  • Video recordings of live sessions, in which members may appear on camera. These recordings are stored within Heartbeat and are accessible to active members only. Recordings are not edited to remove individual members upon request. Recordings will not be used in any public-facing context without your explicit consent.

How We Use Your Information

Information collected is used to:

  • Process your membership application and enrollment

  • Deliver access to the Embodiment Laboratory Membership through Heartbeat

  • Send operational communications related to your membership

  • Send newsletter and content emails through Mailchimp, which you may unsubscribe from at any time

  • Improve the website and membership experience through analytics

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
