The Orientation Field

Where are you right now?

This is the Orientation Field, a guiding instrument from inside the Embodiment Laboratory™. It helps you narrow down the insights, practices, and exercises that could be helpful in this moment.

What you choose may be what's needed now. It may be a stepping stone to the next supportive piece. Only you can know whether it's enough, enough for now, or something to return to later.

How it works

  1. Move through the questions, answering by feel. There are six.

  2. As you answer, the field responds. Areas light up and the picture narrows.

  3. When you've moved through them all, review what's lit. As you read each one, notice where you recognize some relief at the thought of learning more. If more than one resonates, open the one that's strongest, the loudest.

Worth knowing before you begin

  • This is not a quiz. There is no result to get right.

  • More than one area may light up. That is the layered reality of transition showing itself.

  • Each area opens to recognition, language for where you are. The lessons and practices behind each area live inside the Embodiment Laboratory™.

  • The field offers orientation so you can choose what feels supportive. The choosing stays with you.

  • If the field stays quiet, that is a read too. Some moments haven't found their language yet.

  • This field reads a moment, not a timeline. If you return, answer from wherever you are then.

If you need language for the moment first

The Where Am I? workbook was built for that. Four entry moments. You locate yourself in one, then work with what's there on paper, at your own pace. A complete starting place on its own, and the field will be here whenever you want the wider view. $27 · Immediate download.
