You’ll learn to:

  • Identify your current embodiment process

  • Understand your expansion and depth process

  • Understand the elements of manifested moments

  • Identify your embodied evidence

  • Learn how to integrate your process, life engagement and authentic movement to create your unique map

  • Move towards your goals, desires or dreams with more confidence

  • Create a supportive environment for you to get better clarity on how to implement and iterate the map as you grow

BETA TESTER COMMITMENT:

  • Attend all classes via Zoom with the video on (telephone dial-in is not permitted) and participate in the private Facebook group. Classes will be recorded, if it’s necessary for you to miss one. 

  • Complete assignments between classes

  • Complete a pre and post class survey

  • Provide feedback / testimonial

  • Note: Due to the amount of content I will be providing in a short amount of time, this is like an “embodiment bootcamp”. It will be intense. Please be prepared to put in the time.

About Ninna

Growing up I was the human GPS in the car helping my dad navigate on road trips and family vacations. Ever since I learned how to read a map, I’ve been fascinated by the wealth of information that is communicated once you know how to read it. I loved knowing where we were and then trying to figure out how to get where we wanted to go. The space in between was always ripe for adventure when looking at those big paper maps! In the digital age, it’s seems like we only care about the fastest route to our destination and have lost interest for the treasures in-between.

For several years, I worked as a Business Analyst identifying and implementing best processes at an international insurance corporation. Using my skills of observation, inquiry and reducing as much friction for employees has played a part in creating this framework.

While my mind was at work, I’ve spent years learning, practicing and understanding the complexities of incorporating the feminine (intuition, feeling, creativity) into a manner that feels inclusive and equal to the masculine (action, assertive, linear) which we typically favor in our culture. I envision a world where this feels balanced and in harmony individually and collectively.

Q: What if I need to miss a class?

A: The class will be recorded and uploaded to the private Facebook group. Please watch the recording and complete any homework before the next class.

Q: When will you be doing this again? Will it be at this rate?

A: Since this course is a beta offering, the rate will certainly be higher when I offer it again. Only the results and feedback will help me determine the next step.

Q: Do you offer a payment plan?
