CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT 

Embodiment Mapping (beta)

This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions between Ninna Amora (“Consultant”) and you ( the “Client”) whereby The Consultant agrees to provide an online program by Ninna Amora once a week for four weeks to help you identify your Embodiment Map (beta)  (the “Program”). 

The Program

This program will help you: 

  • Identify your current embodiment process

  • Understand your expansion and depth process

  • Understand the elements of manifested moments

  • Identify your embodied evidence

  • Learn how to integrate your process, life engagement and authentic movement to create your unique map

  • Move towards your goals, desires or dreams with more confidence

  • Create a supportive environment for you to get better clarity on how to implement and iterate the map as you grow

Client Participation

The program has two interactive forums: video conferencing and private Facebook group. 

The Client will participate with the video on. 

The Client commits to taking an active part in the conversation. 

The Client will complete assignments between classes.

The Facebook page is and will remain private among the group members. The video conferencing will be recorded. Please take care to protect information you do not wish to share publicly on the video by using the Facebook page to communicate instead. 

The Client can submit questions via the Facebook group page and The Consultant will respond within 48 hours.

The Client agrees to complete pre and post course surveys within 48 hours of receiving email.

In this process, fears, doubts and triggers will arise. The Client agrees to be accountable and responsible for navigating these challenges and communicate them to The Consultant. Where necessary, The Client and The Consultant will identify a solution that works for both parties. 

The Client understands that the effort and energy that s/he puts into the process will largely determine the outcomes s/he experiences. The Client understands The Consultant cannot predict or guarantee a particular result and The Consultant makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied.

Classes

Classes will be confirmed via email and will be conducted via Zoom. 

The classes will be recorded and uploaded to the private Facebook group. 

Please arrive a few minutes early or on time.

If The Client is unable to attend, they agree to watch the class recording in the Facebook group. 

Video Release

I grant permission to Ninna Amora the rights to use my image, in video or still, and the likeness and sound of my voice as recorded on audio or video tape. I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product in which my likeness or voice appears. Additionally, I waive the right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to using my image or recording. I also understand this material may be used in diverse educational settings within an unrestricted geographic area. 

Limitation of Liability

The Client agrees to participate in the Services with the full understanding that The Consultant is not liable for The Client’s decisions, actions, and outcomes regarding his or her results. The Client understands that consulting is not a substitute for professional advice by accounting, legal, real estate, mental, medical, psychological, or other professionals and agrees to seek independent professional guidance (if desired) for such matters.

The Client agrees to hold The Consultant free of all liability and responsibility for any adverse or allegedly adverse situations arising from any services, session or content, any referral, any advice given, or any actions taken while working with, or as a result of working with, The Consultant.

The Client agrees that its damages, regardless of the amount allegedly or actually sustained, for liability arising out of or related to the Services will be limited to the amount paid to The Consultant under this Agreement for the services. The Consultant will not be liable to The Client for consequential or special damages. 

 Nondisclosure of Proprietary Material

The Client understands and agrees that all materials, concepts, methods, and information (“Material”) presented in the services (1) shall be kept confidential by The Client, (2) shall not be reproduced or distributed or used as part of any seminar, training, services, workshop, or consultation for personal or financial gain or otherwise without The Consultant’s consent, and (3) are the property of The Consultant. Furthermore, the Materials or portions of the Materials may be subject to additional protection under state and federal copyright and trademark laws.

Payment & Refund

This is non-refundable.
