The creator of Live Embodied. A practice that cultivates a deeper connection with your intuition so that you can embody your truth and essence. This creation is near and dear to my heart as I recognize that every experience in my life has been leading up to this. My desire is to guide people in feeling and seeing the wisdom in the connection to their body and the light within.

History

My own path to this embodied connection started off pretty early. From a young age, I’ve always been aware of the gift, knowledge and possibilities of intuition as many stories were told of intuitive experiences in my family. I also experienced my share of intuitive moments. In fact, I moved from Northern California to the East Coast purely on an intuitive feeling. It’s been 18 years and counting. The more I paid attention and acknowledged the feelings, the more frequent and clear they became.

Prior to moving, a colleague rekindled my interest in Tarot cards and what initially started as something fun to play with for myself, turned into readings for family and friends. I read a few books here and there to improve my knowledge, however my readings drastically improved when I let go of the books and trusted my intuition.

Live Embodied (formerly Sensually Soulful Movement) was created in 2015 after my experiences of moving, dancing through my varied emotions at home and in the studio as a student at S Factor since 2012 - then taking action on the intuitive information I was receiving as I moved sensually. My authentic movement. No choreography. I soon discovered that the connection to my body and listening to my intuition improved and strengthened the gifts that were emerging. The more I listened and allowed my body to feel, there was an increased connection and living in frequent state of flow.

While I've started teaching Live Embodied virtually in 2016, I've taught classes in New York City, St. Thomas (USVI), Paris, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Miami, Los Angeles, and Santa Fe since 2015. And would love for this list to continue to expand!

I'm also a graduate and "Sister Goddess" in Mama Gena's School of Womanly Arts Mastery 2013 and Creation programs (2013-2014, 2014-2015)

Through the process of putting my own work out there, I realized that I could channel my previous work experience as a Business Analyst and desire to empower other women through developing websites on the Squarespace platform. I enjoy being a catalyst and guide for a woman to have her in-person presence be congruent with her online presence.
