The foundation of how I support you is built on the belief that the world needs the embodiment of your unique wisdom, truth and full expression. How we go about that is unique to everyone I work with.
The Short

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.

Business Systems Analyst:
Systems development including writing documentation and testing
Interviewing various levels of staff and management to ensure business needs were met
System and process training for global staff
Creating application marketing and training videos: script writing, video production and narration

I have an interest and I’m self-taught.
I’ve created logos, identified color palettes, brainstormed concepts, and guided how to organize and present information.
I needed a website in 2014 and taught myself how to use SquareSpace. Since then I’ve become a SquareSpace circle member and have developed over a dozen websites.

In 2012, I started taking sensual movement classes. Through my experience combined with taking empowerment courses, in 2014 people started inviting me to teach them what I was synthesizing. Living Embodied was born and grew into the Embodiment Laboratory.
I believe we’re all intuitive. Ever since I was a young girl, I knew intuition ran pretty strongly on my maternal side of the family. I’ve learned to embrace this aspect of myself.
