Transformational guide, educator, and creator of the Embodied Evolution Practice™.

I work with thoughtful people in the middle of something they can't fully name yet.

A season of change.

An identity that no longer fits.

A life that looks coherent from the outside and feels quietly off from the inside.

Who Finds Me Here

You don't have to be in crisis to be here.

Some people arrive in the middle of something dramatic. Most arrive when something subtle has shifted, something they can feel even if they can't name it yet. Functioning well by every measure and still sensing something they can't place. That signal, whatever it is, is information. This work helps you read it. It's usually where the real work begins.

They've done the self-awareness work. They understand their patterns. They still find themselves looping, hesitating, unsure what to trust.

That gap between knowing and living is exactly where I work.

The Moments You Haven't Had Language For

Most of us have been taught to look outside ourselves for confirmation.

To measure our experience against templates of what a good life, a right decision, or a perfectly scheduled life transition is supposed to look like.

And yet the knowing still arrives. In the gaps. A vacation where something quietly unlocks. A morning with no agenda where something true slips through. A decision that felt clear before the mind talked it out. A quiet sense of what you actually wanted, beneath what you were supposed to want. Almost a guilty pleasure of truth.

Most people have felt this. What they haven't had is language for why it closes, or the capacity to stay inside it long enough for it to become the ground they move from.

That's what this work builds. Your ability to hold yourself inside uncertainty rather than waiting for it to resolve.

Built in the Territory

Since 2015.

My approach isn't about giving you answers or moving you faster than feels right. It's about helping you orient. To understand what's actually happening, what your body is already telling you, and how to move in a way that builds real self-trust. Through lived evidence.

The Embodied Evolution Practice was built by living it. Since 2015, I've been navigating real uncertainty without a map, without proof it was working, and often without anyone who fully understood why I was doing it this way at all.

There were a handful of people who could see that something real, deep, and guided was at play. Even if they couldn't explain it any more than I could. That was enough to keep me from feeling completely alone. It wasn't enough to make it easy.

The pull toward normal was loud sometimes. A full-time job with a permanent address. Stability. Earned vacation days. The friendships and relationships that come more easily when your life looks legible. I had known that life. Choosing this path meant leaving much of it behind.

A still, quiet knowing. The kind you don't think your way into. Like the sky is blue. Like the grass is green. Like breathing. It didn't require my agreement. It just stayed.

I still can't see all of what this is becoming. I trust that what I can't see yet will continue to reveal itself. This work is a living demonstration of itself.

This is what came out of those years. The framework, the language, the way I hold space. All of it was earned in the territory it addresses. I built it so that the people who find themselves in that same darkness, doubt, and disorientation don't have to navigate it with as many tears, or as alone.

I'm also a certified Human Design Analyst and a 5/1 Splenic Projector. It's one of the lenses I return to when understanding how someone is wired to move, decide, and engage — and it informs how I hold space in this work.

Where the Practice Lives

The Embodiment Laboratory™

This is where the work becomes a practice you can actually live inside. A membership space with structured frameworks, lessons, and a community of people navigating their own version of the in-between.

What shifts here isn't measured by an external marker. It's recognized from the inside. An undeniable, intimate sense of knowing where you are.

That's what this work fosters. No one else can give it to you. No one else can take it away.

The Work

This isn't another framework to learn or a program to complete. It's a practice space. Structured enough to support you, spacious enough to meet you where you actually are.
