Project review outlining Client’s Challenges, Solution, Testimonial and Deliverables.

How do you relate to the Client’s Challenges?

First Client

Website | logo | color pallette | graphics | online scheduler | commerce | website upgrade | business cards

All the client work you see is because I was my first client in 2014. The site you see now was not what existed. Since then, I’ve upgraded a couple of times, changed my color palette, create a logo and what you see right now is likely to change again.

If you don’t think I can relate to what it’s like to create a site or put your creative endeavors out there, I invite you to read through my own analysis of what I went through at the start.

Ninna Amora

    • Wanted a website to offer services but didn’t know how to make a website. Can I maintain it?

    • Afraid to put myself out there. Who was I to have a website?

    • What do I say? How do I say it? What’s the best way to organize my content?

    • Can I have a blog?

    • Can I sell things?

    • A lot of trial and error, research and asking questions

    • Communicate in a way that is authentic and sounds like me so when people meet me there are no surprises.

    • Build incrementally

    • Revise as needed

    • Write a blog when inspired

    • Set up a shop and see who purchases

    • Make an online scheduler available

  • It doesn’t have to be perfect. It does need to be authentic. If the experience doesn’t feel and look like you, you’ll attract the people that aren’t aligned with you.

If you want a site that presents the essence of you, I’m here for that.

A Modern Facelift for a Classic Art

website | logo | color palette | process | graphics | videos

“Despite initially having no knowledge of the opera world, Ninna demonstrated an impressive eagerness to learn and to collaborate with us, resulting in a digital platform and social media presence that truly embody our foundation's values. Our collaboration with Ninna was not just a business engagement; it was a journey of mutual growth.”

Mark Corporon | President | The Olga Forrai Foundation

    • They had an old existing website that needed to be updated and was not mobile-friendly.

    • Did not have a logo.

    • They had a Grantee application process that needed organization and board accessibility.

    • They had very little social media presence on one platform and wanted to increase their online presence.

    • Developed a modern and mobile friendly website

    • Designed a logo

    • Analyzed and provided a process for streamlining the grant application process for applicants and the board.

    • Organized the administrative process and trained members how to maintain it

    • Advised and co-created social media content to reach potential applicants

    • Continues to maintain the website and support any of their evolving needs including creating a printed program for a fundraiser, videos and business cards.

  • Our opera foundation website was in need of a complete revamp. With an outdated website, no logo, a cumbersome administrative and application processes, and no social media presence, we were clearly behind modern times to keep pace. It was at this juncture that Ninna, an experienced professional whose work had already impressed two of our members, stepped in to orchestrate a comprehensive transformation starting with our website.

In a few short months, she developed a modern, mobile-friendly website that projected a renewed image of our foundation. Simultaneously, she designed a logo, a visual representation that encapsulated our unique identity. However, Ninna's expertise extended far beyond these creative undertakings. She offered an analytical approach, dissecting our grant application process, identifying its challenges, and implementing measures to make it a seamless experience for both applicants and board members.

The daunting detailed task of restructuring our administrative processes was handled with ease by Ninna. She not only organized everything efficiently but also trained us on how to maintain it, ensuring that we became self-sufficient. This transformation was a direct result of Ninna's commitment to professional excellence and creative problem-solving that worked best for us.

Despite initially having no knowledge of the opera world, Ninna demonstrated an impressive eagerness to learn and to collaborate with us, resulting in a digital platform and social media presence that truly embody our foundation's values. Our collaboration with Ninna was not just a business engagement; it was a journey of mutual growth.

In conclusion, Ninna’s professionalism, her technical acumen, and her authentic creative enthusiasm to delve into the heart of what makes your foundation tick is rare to find. Don't pass on the chance to have her in your corner, helping your organization flourish.

Showcasing opera experience

I can say without reservation that it was a complete pleasure working with Ninna. She is organized, works quickly and has wonderful suggestions for layout, context and all aspects of creating something that represents you or your organization so well. When the Board of The Olga Forrai Foundation decided to totally overhaul our old website, both my friend who sits on the Board and myself immediately brought up Ninna’s name as the perfect candidate to do the job. Again the journey was a pleasure with Ninna and our sub-committee and the entire Board was incredibly impressed with the final outcome. I could not recommend her more highly and I know you will be very pleased with her work.”

From Hesitation to Celebration

website

I experienced a kind of effortless collaboration that was pure pleasure.  At the same time she gently held my feet to the fire.  She has the art of jump starting a certain momentum that's exciting and who would want to interrupt that?   That was a gift for me in this process that will stay with me.  I really think the deeper gift of the collaboration was that she helped me get out of my own way.

Wendy Ball - wendyballshamaniclight.com

    • Needed a mobile friendly website that communicated her offerings and resources

    • Created a website that demonstrated her experience and helpful resources

If you know what you want but are a bit, or a lot afraid to take the next step into concrete manifestation I would say: call Ninna.

I have been touched, and thrilled with the feedback people have given me about my site. They say it is beautiful, authentic, and so me. One person said: "your website is glorious...truly helpful, easily navigable, evocative and simply beautiful to browse." For me this was the ultimate compliment.

Erin Pace | erinpace.com

    • Started creating a site and needed support with the layout and learning how to make edits

    • Revised site to achieve desired look and feel.

    • Providing basic training to maintain the site.

  • I had a vision and the data/images ready but didn't have any knowledge on how to create a functional website. Everything came together in the time frame needed and with the flow I'd requested. Ninna is super easy to work with, a gentle guide, patient with change requests, accessible and a good listener for tailoring (vs imposing) ideas.

I'm very happy with the website! We kept it super basic/simple for now, which is what was delivered (per my request, as I know she has the ability to make it far more intricate).

I think due to her intuitive gentle nature, I found working with Ninna to be very comforting and gracious. She was super easy to work with, very accessible and flexible, she heard my requests clearly and fulfilled them to the best of her ability. Harmonious Sound

Ninna always treated me with warmth, good humor and patience as I went through the phases of wanting to change everything and then teaching me how to do my own edits. The site is beautiful and inviting. I’ve been getting rave reviews from colleagues and friends as well.

    • Started creating a site and needed support with the layout and learning how to make edits

    • Revised site to achieve desired look and feel.

    • Providing basic training to maintain the site.

  • For almost a year I had been on the fence about creating a new website. I felt that my previous one was actually losing clients for me. After seeing a post by Ninna on Facebook, I decided to give her a call to see if we could work together. We chatted for over an hour. She totally understood what I was looking for. I felt that we were in synch. I felt that this would be a joyful, playful experience rather than the tooth-pulling experience of my last website. Once we got together, she guided me to the best format, showed me how to pick the colors and pictures for each header/page, and encouraged me without pushing (understanding that my personal tempo was a lot slower than hers).

Ninna always treated me with warmth, good humor and patience as I went through the phases of wanting to change everything and then teaching me how to do my own edits. The site is beautiful and inviting. I’ve been getting rave reviews from colleagues and friends as well. It conveys the energy and information that I wanted to get across. An added bonus is that I have noticed many more visits to my FB page.

I highly recommend Ninna. She listens to what you want, explains how best to get the right results. She gets right down to business and fulfills your needs in a timely manner. AND her rates are very reasonable. If you are on the fence about doing a website, give Ninna a try. I think you will be very happy with the results!
