Are you ready to connect with your body and its natural wisdom but not sure where to start?
Do you want guidance in a sacred, safe space for you to connect to your sensual self?
Do you want to feel sexy in your body?
Welcome! I’m a Sensual Intuitive and you’re exactly in the right place. I created Live Embodied Movement as a way for women to feel into their body by creating a space for her (your body) to speak to you and giving yourself the opportunity to listen.
Let's unearth your authentic self.
Don’t think you can move authentically and sensually? Being sensual takes practice it’s not something we were taught. You’re a woman and I believe you can. I give women permission to go at their own pace, to hold onto what they are not yet ready to let go, let go of what no longer serves them or step into the woman they desire to become in a spiritual and safe way by letting their bodies show them the way.
Worried about choreography? What choreography? There isn’t any. It’s purely your authentic movement. If it doesn’t feel good, don’t do it. Together, we’ll create a magical and deeply present experience for your body and emotions. You’ll know exactly how she wants to move and what she needs.
Are you ready to experience your body wisdom, step into your divine being and move through life more sensual and embodied?
If you are, let’s connect. I trust you’ll leave with everything you desire and then some! Click here > I want to live embodied.
In 2016, I will be launching an online program. To register, click here.
Frequently Asked Questions:
What is Live Embodied Movement?
I'm often at a loss for words about how to describe what these classes are because the people that attend all somehow find what they need or didn't even know they needed when they come to the class. Each woman's experience can be similar and different. I firmly believe if you've come across this work, there's a reason. I can share my intention for this movement:
For people to "be." The world and your relationships are expecting something of you to BE something, someone or somewhere. My only expectation is for you to be. To feel. If tears need to flow, let them flow. Let the emotions rise to the surface instead of keeping and pushing them down.
Be authentic. If you need to be still, be still. If you need to stretch, stretch. If you need to move, move. Honor and feel what it's like to move in your truth in the moment.
Embodiment on the inside and out. My biggest desire is that you take what you learn inside of our time together and you use it outside of our time together.
Why do you encourage tears?
Tears don't always mean sadness and grief. They can be filled with joy. Whatever they are for you, no judgement here. Sometimes we just need a good cry and to allow yourself to move your body freely can be cathartic.
Why are the classes 2 hours long?
There's something magical that happens to time in my classes - it speeds up and by the end people don't want to leave. Everyone is so engrossed with feeling connected to themselves and to each other. I often consider extending the class.
Why don't you share your class playlists?
What many of my students don't know is that I'm constantly changing the music on my playlists - even when I think i have all the songs in the PERFECT order. Once the warm up starts, I'm watching and intuitively reading the room to see where the energy in the room needs to go next and more often then not, that song was not originally on the playlist. Being focused and present in the room is much more important to me than keeping track of songs.
